Abstract
In the article, the Soviet plan for a change of the ruling political regime in the Federal People Republic of Yugoslavia in 1948-1952 is reconstructed on the materials of the Russian and Yugoslav archives. To solve this problem, the program had been designed to create an alternative Communist Party of Yugoslavia in the Soviet Bloc. Solving this problem, the Soviet leadership attracted the representatives of the Yugoslav political emigration headed by R. Golubovic and P. Popivoda. There were several meetings and conferences, but the plan of overthrowing the Yugoslav leadership came to nothing after the death of Joseph Stalin.
