- Abstract
- The article considers a range of problems, connected with the change of opinions among the Czech intelligentsia (employed in the humanities) at the turn of the 1950s and 1960s, the role of that segment of intelligentsia in quest of a new model of Socialism and the reformist movement known as the Prague Spring, and its political position in the period of «normalisation» after the «velvet revolution».
