- Abstract
- On the basis of recently discovered documents from the Archives of Foreign Policy of the Russian Empire, the Russian State Archives of Ancient Acts and the Russian State Military History Archives, the article presents a new look on one page in the history of Russian- Serbian relations in the eighteenth century, connected with migrations of the Austrian Serbs into the Russian Empire, activities of General Ivan Horvath and the history of the New Serbia settlement in the Ukraine, which he founded.
