Abstract
The article is based on unpublished materials of the Russian and Serbian archives and recently published sources and strives to explore the Soviet-Yugoslav relations after the Prague Spring of 1968 and armed intervention of the Warsaw Pact states in Czechoslovakia. The causes of the third conflict between Moscow and Belgrade as well as attempts of normalisation of bilateral relations are analysed, more general regularities are highlighted.
