Abstract
In the conditions of an exit from an economic crisis the originality and criteria of the decision of problems neoindustrialisation and innovative growth in the developed countries and overtaking development, and also a wide spectrum of the states of not past a stage of industrialisation and being under the threat of definitive fastening in a role of raw and agrarian appendages of economic are considered. In negative historical heritages on "modernisation" and "innovation" ways the special attention is given the young states of postsocialism led by Russia and Kazakhstan. Proceeding from the comparative analysis of their place and a role in the modern world, economic and intellectual resources of these countries, strategic directions, and possibilities of a priority of progress are estimated.
