Abstract
Solving the problem of dynamic and successful implementation of public-private partnership in the practice of research is possible with the identification of the characteristics of joint projects in Russia. The author reveals and analyzes these features. The paper presents an analysis of the current situation in the field of publicprivate co-financing of research, identifies possible and most effective forms of public-private partnership within the framework of the current oussian legislation, forecast of the further development of partnerships.
