- Abstract
- The article analyzes the dependence of legal consciousness and deviant (delinquent) behavior on the level of legal knowledge of students of law, sociology and other Humanities faculties, as well as non - students of 18-20 years of age. It is shown that this dependence is much weaker than the determining force of social, socio-cultural and socio-political factors that have a priority impact on both the legal awareness and law practice of young people.
