- Abstract
- The concepts of body techniques, body pedagogy, and self-technologies are analyzed in the light of the study of body practices. The classification of body techniques is justified, the range of ways to use the body and work on it is fixed. Body pedagogy explains the institutional channels of transmission and development of techniques, using the concept of “technology of self” describes the value-motivational component of inclusion in the work on the body.
