Abstract
Eight dimensions of treatment continuity were identified: patient participation, decision support, cross-border continuity, activity coordination, patient communication, problem solving, flexibility and accessibility, and patient focus. The study offers an approach to evaluating treatment continuity based on patient-centricity.
