Abstract
The article defines the concept of an individual's intellectual potential and describes the structure of a social organization. The conclusion about the need to search for optimal forms of social interaction between the staff and the Manager, involving employees in the decision-making process is substantiated. The current state of formation and use of the human resources of a social organization is analyzed and evaluated.
