- Abstract
- On the basis of the set in the previous article, the diagnosis of the existing state of socio-economic body of our country, the authors conducted a comparative study of two possible trajectories of socio-economic development of Russia: (1) strategy for recovery and first of all, the modernization of the industrial base, and (2) the strategy of advancing (leading) the development of subordinate goals of priority development of human qualities (“Economics for humans”). The article analyzes the specifics of the second model – its goals and means of implementation, available resources and potential social actors in its implementation.
