- Abstract
- Using a specific example of the sociological service at the Kama automobile plant (KAMAZ) analyzes the feasibility, practicability, effectiveness of the existence of sociological cell in the field production, including its role in innovative development; addresses the question build the whole branch of sociology dealing with social problems of production, labor; one of the objectives of this article is to draw attention to the fate of the named sociological services.
