Abstract
The article is the first from the texts cycle on the relationship of private intellectual property and the ownership by everybody of everything in a creative economy. In the article it is proved that radical changes in the modern economy are influenced by fundamental changes in the content of labor. The decisive role in the economy of the XXI century must play a public available activity of the workers of creatosphere (teachers, doctors, artists, engineers, scientists, social workers, ecologists). Creative work becomes the main content of their activity. Such labour creates essentially unlimited and at the same time the unique goods that may be available to everyone. The author argues the known position of alterglobalism: all that is to be given away without losing should neither be sold nor distributed according to the norms. In conclusion it is shown that creatosphere becomes the first – decisive – division of social reproduction in the modern world.
