- Abstract
- A method for diagnosing the organizational culture of the University is proposed, which allows determining the readiness of the research and teaching staff of the University for innovation. The method is based on the idea of comparing the organizational culture of the University with the organizational culture of innovative corporations, as well as evaluating the profile of labor motivation of University employees.
