Abstract
The analysis of the state and availability of infrastructure facilities was carried out on the basis of a survey of residents of the village of Ust-Beloe in the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug. The level of satisfaction with the work of infrastructure enterprises and the assessment of changes in it indicate that there are serious problems.
