- Abstract
- The outlines of the paradigm in which the market and distribution are considered as universal mechanisms of development are presented. The article gives an idea of the Russian matrix in the context of General stages of institutional evolution. The article substantiates the position that the current crisis is associated with the exhaustion of the quasi-market model. It is shown that through the integration of market institutions and distribution, a “contract distribution” is formed, in which a balance of economic freedom and social justice can be ensured based on the open access order.
