Abstract

We analyze the problem of literacy in Internet in this article. The author expresses the hypothesis that the violation of punctuation norms in Internet can be the reason of arising of new literacy. We analyze the tendency of occasional word-formation in internet-space. We concern about displacement of traditional dictionaries by Wikipedia.
