Abstract
The article is dedicated to the actual problem of the usage of the Russian language as the state language of the Russian Federation. The author in the aspect of the paradigms of theoretical and applied linguistics substantiates the necessity to amend the classification of functional-semantic types of the style of draft and analyzes the essential features of text-will , text-definition and text-description.
