- Abstract
- The article analyses the problem of the workers' self-government as a part of the concept of Polish way to socialism. It indicates the inner drawbacks of this phenomenon, which resulted from the utopian character of the idea itself. The article studies the confl ict between workers and the authorities, which led to discrediting of the program of the workers' self-government and the triumph of the Western model of trade-unions.
