- Abstract
- The article discusses new approaches to the attribution of the most ancient East-Slavic manuscripts recently suggested by contemporary scholars. Having analysed their system of arguments one may come to the conclusion, that none of these hypotheses were convincing enough to challenge the traditional view on the origin and dating of the Izbornik of 1076 and the Arkhangelsk Gospel of 1092.
