Abstract
The article deals with the work of Bulgarian poets of the early twentieth century Ekaterina Nencheva, Dora Gabe and Mara Belcheva. They are pioneers of female poetry in Bulgaria. Their works reflect changes in the position of women in the social space of Bulgarian society. The article pays attention to the fusion of the inner world of the poet with the inner world of her lyrical heroine, gives a brief survey of the motives, which dominate in their work, analyses similarities and individual features of these female poets.
